Plan review process is approximately 30 days. Expedited review can be requested for an additional fee.
No residential permits are required in Ross County. Manufactured homes will be submitted through the State of Ohio.
City of Chillicothe & Ross County – submit to Ross County Health District
Pike County – submit to Ohio Department of Commerce Division of Industrial Compliance.
An access permit is required when a new driveway is being installed. If using an existing drive, a new address can be obtained over the phone.
