House numbers in Ross County are determined by the location of your driveway and its relation to the nearest driveway or crossroad from which you can measure to your new driveway, and are obtained thru the Ross County Building Dept. If you are constructing a new driveway on a township or county road, you must contact our department for an access permit or download the application below. Permits for driveways along US and state highways are issued by ODOT, then once approved, our department will issue the new address.
